Find 'Support & Help' in the App Menu

From this menu, select 'Support & Help'.

Select 'Contact Support'
If you'd like to talk to our staff quickly and easily in the Umba App, select 'Support' at the top of the menu.

Write a message explaining the issue you are having and how we can best assist you. Someone from our team will contact you shortly.

Select 'Support Tickets' to view your submitted tickets
After you've made the initial request, select 'Support Tickets' to view responses to your ticket from our team.

I withdrew 15k from the app on the 31 of Dec 2022 and it displayed transaction completed but the money didn’t reflect in my bank account.
The amount that I apply for my loan was 30,000 but I was credited with just 27,000 I didn't see my balance of 3000 Umba I need my balance of 3000 if not I will not pay my complete loan amount because I can't pay for the money that I don't receive complete have email send messages no baby is answering me I also need a customer service phone number that is can contact umba immediate response please thanks I will be glad if my request is being answer on time.

These people are the worst in terms of customer service... no one is responding to mail or in-app chats. I made a transfer from my umba account and it is more than 24hrs now, I'm yet to get credited

Honestly,with the passion I had for UMBA,at the moment you guys are nothing to write home about.
I transfer #1500 and #500 to my sportybet wallet and Accessbank respectively since yesterday and till this moment,My acct is yet to be credited and my wallet is yet to be funded.
I wonder why the only means of communication btw u and ur customers is via mail.
Umba team, kindly conclude the subject reversals immediately as this is more than 24hrs.

I transfer money to my umba wema bank account 7818554993 since on 2 January the amount is 18,000 but uptil now it did not reflect and I contacted my other bank and they said its successful from their end and they even have me a session I'd and I've contacted your support since last week no reply

I deposited a total of #13,000 on Sunday 2nd, January 2022. Two of the deposit via Link Card (ending with 3625) was for #4,000 each. The deposit showed failed on the dashboard. I have contacted my card issuer and they've resolved that the deposit has been confirmed from their end.
The last one was a deposit from my Sterling Bank account with account number 050****344, an amount of #5,000, to the link account number associated with my account. That also left my Sterling Bank account (confirmed from the bank) but never landed on my Umba account.
It is also important to note that I have a pending loan which I wanted to payback that day. However with the recent events, I am afraid to perform any more deposits. I also need the previous amount deposited to be reflected on the account.
I would be glad if the issue could be resolved as soon as possible. I would also like a phone number I could call if possible.
