Kindly click on the Account Page of the App, click on missing transactions and insert mobile number used to make payment (it should be in 12 digit form ie 254712345678) and the M-Pesa transaction as received when the payment was made then click reconcile transaction( ensure there are no spaces)
The payment should reconcile to your account.
N.B: One has only two attempts to reconcile payment, failure of will make the payment irreconcilable from the device.
