Usually when we freeze your account temporarily, it's due to "suspicious activity".
Most of the time it's nothing serious, and your account is unblocked once we confirm that everything checks out.
Suspicious activity involves a few things. We've put together a list to help you identify which of them you might have fallen under:
- Unusually large transactions
- Recurring withdrawals and deposits
When this happens, we will reach out to you with steps on how to unfreeze your account. In situations where you are not able to provide the necessary details required, we will have to blacklist your account unfortunately.
