How do I spot a fraudulent transaction?
Fraudulent transactions show up in different forms, but these are the easiest ways to point them out:
- Strange Amounts
- Trial Subscriptions
- Unfamiliar Locations
- Unfamiliar Transactions
- Unrecognisable Merchant Names
- Incorrect/Unfamiliar Transaction Dates
Be careful who you share your login details with! Remember that it is your responsibility to keep your login details private as we are not able to dispute charges if they were made by someone with access to your account.
